Join Futura Systems , a Meridian Cooperative company as an Implementation Specialist II and help deliver innovative software solutions that power utility organizations across the country. In this role, you'll partner directly with customers and internal teams to lead software implementations from discovery through go-live and post-launch support. You'll configure solutions, troubleshoot issues, conduct testing, collaborate across departments, and help customers successfully adopt our proprietary platforms. If you enjoy solving problems, building relationships, and turning complex technical concepts into practical solutions, this could be the role for you. What You'll Do Lead and support software implementations for utility customers Configure workflows, troubleshoot issues, and perform QA/testing Collaborate with Project Managers, Developers, Data Analysts, and Support teams Use SQL and application knowledge to analyze data and validate system performance Provide customer training, guidance, and post-go-live support Help improve processes, documentation, and product functionality Mentor junior team members and contribute to team strategy and innovation What We're Looking For 4+ years of experience in software implementation, business systems, or a related role Experience with SQL, JIRA, and Confluence Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Customer-focused mindset with a passion for problem-solving and collaboration Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred Outstanding Medical/Dental/Vision Education/Training Reimbursement Flexible Spending Account Health/Wellness Reimbursement Excellent Life and AD&D insurance
Paid Time Off:
Eligible to begin accrual from date of hire; accrual amount based on years of service. Beginning accrual rate equivalent to 22 days per year. 9 holidays which include the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Eve. Up to 240 hours of PTO can roll over to the following year.
Volunteer Time:
8 hours per year
Retirement:
Robust 401K. Following one year of eligible service, the Company contributes in two ways: (1) match of 100% of each dollar you contribute on the first five percent (5%) of eligible compensation, and (2) Employer basic contribution of 4% of base salary (with increases in basic contribution percentage based on years of service). Employees are 100% vested in Company funded contributions from the date they enter the plan.
