Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Technical Integration & Solutions Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will support customer integrations, technical troubleshooting, hardware validation, and implementation activities across the 22Miles platform. You will work closely with Solution Engineers, Project Managers, Support Teams, and Software Developers to help deliver successful customer deployments and integrations. This position is ideal for someone early in their technical career who enjoys solving problems, learning new technologies, working with enterprise customers, and developing expertise across software, hardware, APIs, and digital signage technologies. Successful candidates should be analytical, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to expand their technical knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Integration Support Assist with customer integration projects. Review API documentation and technical specifications. Perform API testing using tools such as Postman. Validate data mappings and integration workflows. Troubleshoot API connectivity and data synchronization issues. Document integration configurations and implementation details. Technical Solutions & Troubleshooting Assist with troubleshooting customer technical issues and escalations. Investigate software, hardware, network, and configuration-related issues. Work with internal teams to identify root causes and recommend solutions. Participate in customer technical discussions and implementation meetings. Hardware & Platform Support Assist with testing and validation of supported hardware platforms. Support deployment and troubleshooting activities involving BrightSign, Windows, Android, Crestron, and related technologies. Validate software compatibility across hardware models and firmware versions. Maintain testing records and technical documentation. Documentation & Technical Analysis Create and maintain technical documentation, implementation notes, and knowledge base articles. Research third-party systems and technologies. Assist with technical portions of customer questionnaires, security assessments, and RFP responses. Help improve internal processes and support documentation. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Solution Engineers, Software Developers, Support Teams, and Project Managers. Assist with customer onboarding and implementation activities. Support testing and validation efforts for new product features and integrations.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to learn new technologies quickly. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using Postman or similar API testing tools. Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and web technologies. Basic understanding of OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect, or Single Sign-On concepts. Familiarity with SQL databases. Exposure to Microsoft 365, Azure AD, SharePoint, Exchange, Microsoft Graph, or ServiceNow. Experience with digital signage, AV systems, BrightSign, Crestron, Windows, or Android platforms. Internship, coursework, or prior experience involving software implementation, integrations, technical support, or enterprise applications.
