This role will support HR Operations initiatives and work closely with business partners to gather requirements, configure solutions, and modernize HR processes within Workday.

Responsibilities:

Analyze, design, and implement Workday configuration changes for Payroll, Payroll Tax, Time Tracking, and Absence Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Payroll, Payroll Tax, Time Tracking, and Absence processes Consult on evaluation, design, and analysis of Workday Payroll and Time Tracking solutions Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications and configurations Configure and maintain Payroll, Payroll Tax, and Time Tracking solutions within Workday Build and maintain pay and earnings codes Collaborate with HR Operations, Architects, BSAs, and business partners to support modernization initiatives Identify process improvements and recommend best practices within

Workday Education:

• Relevant Workday functional experience preferred • Workday certifications are a plus
