Job Description

First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking an Identity Access Management (IAM) Technical Analyst in our Access Management Department.
Schedule:
Must be available to work 8:00AM - 5:00PM Hawaii Standard Time (HST)
Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $70,000 to $90,000/yr; commensurate with experience. The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience.
The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information security, engineering, information technology, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 4 years of relevant technical experience within Information Security or Identity Access Management Strong knowledge and experience with Azure
AD, AD, MFA, SSO, IGA
tools, PAM and AWS Extensive working knowledge in integration of applications and business services with IAM and CIAM Solutions, user account provisioning in a broad range of IT systems (working with role-based access controls and configuring roles (provisioning and deprovisioning). IAM Program Management Experience with IAM applications, tools, and processes Platform Migration and/or implementation experience Working knowledge of Windows platforms, Unix/Linux platforms and databases Working knowledge of Office 365 including Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint Working knowledge with audit, operational risk, and controls Strong organizational, research, analytical and/or problem-solving skills to evaluate situations, make recommendations, and take effective action Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with many levels of Management and across multiple lines of business and corporate functions Demonstrate knowledge and skill in technical problem resolution Demonstrate good time management skills Strong critical thinking and technical skills with attention to detail Strong communication skills Documentation and reporting skills Able to plan, organize and budget Good written and verbal communication with demonstrable experience collaborating with technically oriented and business audiences Able to handle confidential matters judiciously Well organized and possess attention to detail with excellent follow-through Able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines Able to identify and resolve gaps in a way that minimizes risk to the bank The IAM Technical Analyst is responsible for the delivery and support of IAM technical solutions to improve business processes and maximize operational efficiency. The position will maintain the IAM technical standards and will implement IAM controls and processes based upon an understanding of the identity and authentication technology stacks. This role reports to the Access Management Department Manager and will assist in the architecture, implementation, and execution of a risk based IAM architecture to ensure strong authentication and authorization controls across various business critical systems. The IAM Technical Analyst is responsible for the delivery and support of IAM technical solutions to improve business processes and maximize operational efficiency. The position will maintain the IAM technical standards and will implement IAM controls and processes based upon an understanding of the identity and authentication technology stacks. This role reports to the Access Management Department Manager and will assist in the architecture, implementation, and execution of a risk based IAM architecture to ensure strong authentication and authorization controls across various business critical systems.
