RESPONSIBILITIES I. JOB SUMMARY
Supports complex, high-risk application/systems in assigned area(s). Provides technical expertise and oversight of information systems of moderate to high complexity in designated area(s). Provides technical expertise and guidance in formulation of procedures and best practice for users, setting priorities and technical direction. Supervises and directs work of assigned staff. Leads information system planning, both short and long term in assigned area. Monitors activities to ensure coordination and management of projects and work assignments meet established dates and timelines. Works with PMO to coordinate the implementation of related systems/applications when needed.

III. TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS
Not substantially subjected to adverse environmental conditions. Work schedule includes providing 24 hours/7 days a week support as required.
IV. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Information Sciences/Computer Science or related field; or four (4) years of information technology related experience may be substituted for educational requirement. Training or experience in advanced analysis and design techniques.
B. CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE
Based on area of assignment, must successfully complete and maintain certification(s) in the application(s) assigned, and as may be specified per the training agreement.
C. EXPERIENCE
In addition to the educational requirement, must meet one (1) of the following: o Six (6) years of experience in specific IT area of responsibility. o Four (4) years of Epic experience plus two (2) Epic certifications/accreditations. Two (2) years IT project management experience preferred. Prior supervisory/leadership experience. Expertise in specific areas of responsibility in IT.
