Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. IT Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative IT solutions that drive business processes and enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to analyze and define business processes that require IT solutions. Identify and document high-level requirements and map the future state of solutions. Lead projects by linking project steps to business strategies while ensuring objectives and deadlines are met. Utilize troubleshooting skills for network and Microsoft workstation/server OS issues. Manage Azure/Intune for site device management and ensure effective Active Directory utilization. Oversee hardware management and troubleshooting for servers, workstations, laptops, and thin clients. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance infrastructure components and processes. Engage in ticket-based request, incident, and change management systems. Skills Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in IT analysis and support. Strong understanding of network troubleshooting and Microsoft OS environments. Proficient in Azure/Intune management and Active Directory. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to lead projects with minimal direction and contribute to best practices. Preferred Skills Experience with printer configuration, particularly with HP and Zebra products. Familiarity with ticketing systems and incident management processes. Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple disciplines and departments. Strong planning skills for short-term project execution.
