Salary Range:

Join the team! The IT Analyst will be the primary support for our Software Development team and IT Programmers. You will provide frontline service and be a crucial part of the continuous software enhancements and new technology deployment for our high profile customers. As an IT Analyst, you will: Communicating problems and issues to developers that are reported by the customer after an initial investigation of the issue. Using reports (MIS) and database to analyze problems, errors and potential tweaks to the software. Learning and understand the

WITRON WMS

system Debug, test and identify issues for our main development team. Creating new projects based on existing templates and turn over to IT Programmers for development.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Technologies and Server/Client Environment Understanding log files, analyzing problems and being able to communicate with teams in both the US and Germany. Fundamental understanding of Microsoft database including

T-SQL SQL

Debugging (preferred) Experience in C++ programming (preferred) Ability to work successfully as part of a team

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience combined with some educational experience 1-2 years' of experience with Application Software Development based on Microsoft Client - Server architecture and Databases Experience should include project design, coding, testing, delivery and technical documentation

Travel:
