Job Description

Volkswagen of Marion, a full-service new and used car, truck, and SUV dealership, is seeking positive and outgoing Automotive Sales Professionals. Previous automotive retail sales experience is not required ! We are looking for energetic people who enjoy helping customers and providing great service as we continue to grow both in-store and online. Our performance-based structure allows you to grow your income based on results while still providing a stable foundation each month, helping reduce the uncertainty that often comes with traditional 100% commission sales roles. The primary goal of the Sales Consultant is to provide a fun, educational experience for customers. The Sales Consultant will accomplish this by handling all walk-in guests, phone calls and internet opportunities by answering questions, presenting our products, and educating the public about what makes our selling process different from the rest. The ideal person would be ambitious, confident, outgoing, creative, professional, able to leverage social media, able to use creative mediums such as a video to create their message, business-minded, desiring meaningful work and hardworking.
