Job Description
Senior Project Analyst Western Division IT - requires working MST or PST The Senior Project Analyst plays a critical role in advancing the West Division IT strategy by supporting project initiative scoping, Merger & Acquisition (M&A) readiness, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination. This role blends analytical insight, structured planning, and stakeholder alignment to drive clarity, guide decision-making, and ensure smooth execution of high-visibility initiatives. The position is less focused on traditional project management oversight and more centered on strategic analysis, integration readiness, workflow coordination, and executive-level communication.
Job Responsibilities 1. Merger & Acquisition SupportPartner with the M&A due diligence team to analyze EMR vendor data, identifying gaps, risks, integration considerations, and client onboarding impactsCoordinate accurate collection of IT and EMR information to support transaction readiness and integration planningServe as a liaison between Sales, IT, and acquisition teams to ensure alignment on expectations, timelines, and operational needsPrepare dashboards, summaries, and executive communications highlighting milestones, risks, and decision pointsUse AI tools to streamline reporting, enhance data analysis, and support continuous improvement across M&A workflows2. Strategic Analysis & Initiative SupportTranslate high-level concepts or business needs into clearly defined initiative scopes, objectives, and anticipated outcomesConduct early-stage assessments of technical, operational, financial, and resource considerations to support leadership prioritization and go/no-go decisionsIdentify key risks, dependencies, and constraints; synthesize findings into concise, actionable insights for stakeholdersFacilitate discussions, alignment workshops, and discovery sessions with business partners and IT subject matter experts3. Cross-Functional Coordination & Workflow ManagementGuide initiatives through established West IT intake and review processes, including the Business Request Tracker, PSCR, Workstream Deck, and roadmap repositoriesEnsure consistent documentation of decisions, assumptions, risks, and requirements throughout each initiative's lifecycleCoordinate with technical and business teams to ensure alignment on scope, success criteria, and required resourcesSupport the organization's move toward enhanced automation, AI adoption, and next-generation tools that improve operational efficiency4. Reporting, Insights & Executive CommunicationDevelop clear, visually compelling dashboards, reports, and presentations that communicate initiative status, M&A findings, risks, and strategic opportunitiesSimplify complex technical or analytical insights into executive-ready materials to support informed leadership decisionsLeverage data-driven techniques and AI-enabled insights to elevate reporting accuracy, speed, and qualityContribute to continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and recommending refinements to analytical and coordination workflowsMinimum Qualifications 2 years or more of experience in IT project analysis, integration readiness and/or workflow coordination2 years or more of experince preparing and presenting executive-level communication.3 years or more of experience analyzing complex data and translating findings into clear, actionable insights2 years or more experince creating executive level reporting in IT project/program2 years or more of experince doing strategic analysis related to IT or Mergers and Acquisitions3 years or more years of experince leveraging data to drive decision making Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree2 years or more of experince leveraging modern tools, including AI-enabled platforms, automation capabilities, and data-driven reporting to synthesize complex information, highlight risks and opportunities for executive leadership2 years or more of experince in M&A due diligence, EDI integration, or EMR onboarding1 year or more of experince in AI to improve workflow or IT automation2 years or more of experince using Power BI2 years or more of experience using Lucid softwareAdditional Job Standards Strategic & analytical thinkingProven expertise in cross-functional collaborationExperince with risk & dependency assessmentContinuous improvement mindsetComfortable operating in environments with evolving prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and modern collaboration platforms; familiarity with AI or automation toolsStrong communication skills with the ability to create executive-level reporting, including presentations for all types of audiences

60,000-100,000 All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.Benefits:
Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
