Making animals' lives better makes life better - join our team today! As a Senior IT Analyst - R D Lab Systems, you will support the IT systems and applications used across RD Labs. You will partner closely with scientists, lab operations, and IT teams to ensure systems are reliable, accessible, and aligned with day-to-day lab activities. In this role, you will focus on supporting lab-based applications, troubleshooting issues, and helping improve system performance and user experience within R D environments.
Your Responsibilities:
Support and maintain R D lab systems and applications, ensuring availability and performance for lab users Act as a key point of contact for scientists and lab staff, troubleshooting system and application issues Partner with IT and business teams to gather requirements and support system enhancements Assist with application configurations, upgrades, and implementations within lab environments Support user access, system usage, and issue resolution to minimize disruption to lab operations Document processes, configurations, and support activities to ensure consistency and scalability Contribute to continuous improvement of lab IT systems and user experience
What Success Looks Like:
Lab systems are stable, reliable, and meet the needs of day-to-day R D activities Issues are resolved quickly with minimal disruption to scientists and lab teams Strong working relationships with lab users and cross-functional IT partners Systems and applications are maintained and improved over time
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Experience supporting IT applications or systems in a lab, R D, or technical environment Strong troubleshooting skills across applications, systems, and user issues Experience working with end users and cross-functional teams Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting lab or R D environments in life sciences, animal health, or related industries Familiarity with lab applications or systems (no ownership required) Experience with application support, system upgrades, or implementations Exposure to regulated environments (GxP, GLP)
