Job Description

What you'll be doing: In this role, you'll partner closely with our Technology teams across Central functions and Markets, becoming their key finance contact. You'll support all financial needs connected to month end close, forecasting and budgeting, and provide clear, data driven insights that support decision making. You will also oversee Technology Capex and consolidate Avon's global Capex for senior leadership. Your work will help ensure strong financial governance, reliable reporting, and smoother planning across our technology landscape.
Key responsibilities:
What you'll be working on: Monthly financial reporting, including accurate actuals and clear explanations of results Forecasting and budgeting in collaboration with budget owners Tracking Technology OPEX (~$70M) and Capex (~$20M) Consolidating Capex for the full Avon organization Driving KPIs, metrics and financial conversations with Technology leaders Managing TSA recharges and supporting transformation savings tracking Working with Global FP&A teams to align on best practices Identifying risks and opportunities and proposing solutions Improving processes, reporting models and month‑end efficiency Supporting projects across the Business Support & Enabling Functions FP&A team What we're looking for: 5-7 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, Accounting or Business Partnering Strong financial skills and confidence working with large, multi‑market budgets Experience partnering with senior leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders Background in FP&A processes; audit/SOX exposure is an advantage Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics or Business Ability to explain financial topics to non‑finance teams Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Proactive working style, able to multitask and manage deadlines Comfortable working with complexity, offering clear solutions
