IT Analyst - Manufacturing Systems
We're looking for an IT Analyst to support Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) applications and Operational Technology (OT) systems across a global manufacturing environment. This role will focus on application support, machine integrations, OT security initiatives, and manufacturing system deployments.
What You'll Be Doing
Support MOM applications and manufacturing systems
Assist with Zscaler deployments and OT network segmentation projects
Troubleshoot machine-integrated applications and system issues
Support new machine installations, integrations, and infrastructure upgrades
Maintain, monitor, and optimize manufacturing applications
Ensure system changes follow validation and documentation requirements
What We're Looking For
Experience supporting manufacturing systems, MOM/MES applications, or OT environments
Strong troubleshooting and application support skills
Experience with system integrations and manufacturing technologies
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to travel up to 40% globally across manufacturing sites
