The scope of this job includes establishing connections, protocols, and standards that allow disparate applications to exchange data, share resources, and collaborate effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the project team and gather comprehensive information about existing solution systems, interfaces, and data sources. Create workflows using knowledge of technical challenges by identifying and documenting constraints, limitations, and dependencies that may impact integration efforts. Complete interface components and integration solutions for routine projects using expanded knowledge of programming languages. Troubleshoot technical issues encountered in integration and interfacing projects and identify root causes. Expand training scope to include topics such as network configuration, server maintenance, and cybersecurity protocols. Regularly meet with clients to instill trust in WellSky's capabilities, ensure they understand any complexities, and discuss the status of deliverables, challenges, and changes. Perform other job duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience At least 2-4 years relevant work experience in software implementation, technical consulting, systems administration, application support, healthcare technology, or a related technical field Experience troubleshooting technical issues and identifying root causes in complex software environments Experience working directly with clients, end users, or technical stakeholders Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience implementing healthcare software, clinical applications, or enterprise SaaS solutions Experience supporting software deployments, system integrations, or technical implementation projects Familiarity with healthcare technologies and workflows, including HER, laboratory systems, or Immunization Information Systems (IIS) Experience with SQL and database troubleshooting Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Linux operating systems Experience with interface technologies, APIs, HL7, FHIR, Rhapsody, SFTP, or related integration tools Experience configuring servers, infrastructure components, user access, and application environments Previous experience working in a consulting or professional services organization
Job Expectations:
