Spirit Defense is an independent supplier to the defense and space marketplace. Position Responsibilities:
Monitoring and troubleshooting of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) tools and system s Test Application upgrades and patchin g Routine administrative work including License Management and User Provisioning/Deprovisionin g Create new administrative groups to support new work scope as well as setting up new configuration s Assist with future scoping and planning of the core Deltek tools major upgrades and evaluating new capabilities of the upgraded tool s Evaluating and implementing routine upgrades to the core Deltek tools across all operating environment s Provide support to functional users of the tools via ticketing systems. These tickets include data integrity, breakdowns in existing processes, requesting new capabilities, etc . Work with the functional users and management to assist in identifying industry best practices for both process and complianc e Implement identified changes to the tools to ensure compliance and processe s Provisioning roles to new employees in your organization and rescinding access to those who leav e Complete configuration request s Implementing best practices to drive efficientl y Implementing required program security need s Keeping up to date on new technologies and implementing new technology cutover s This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at our Wichita, KS location Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): High School Diploma or GE D 2+ years of related experienc e Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance and Special Program Access (for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship ) Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance and Special Program Acces s Associate's or Bachelor's Degre e Business Analyst or Financial Analyst backgroun d Experience working in an IT, Business, and/or Finance related rol e Expertise in tools like excel, financial software, and data visualization platform s Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) and/or Over Target Baseline (OTB) activitie s Experience with Contract Funds Status Reports (CFSR), estimates-to-complete, integrated costs, as well as technical and schedule informatio n Developing contract performance management informatio n Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilitie s Detailed oriented and the ability to work under pressur e Problem solving with careful planning, coordination, and documentatio n Proficiency in data analysi s EVMS background (i.e.
EIA-748 EVMS
Standard and industry best practices ) Knowledge of government EVMS policies and reporting requirement s Supporting program offices in EVMS analysi s Knowledge of Deltek Cobra, PM Compass, Open Plan (OPP), and/or Acume n

Summary Pay Range:
$60,300 - $92,450

Security Clearance This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
