Administrative/Staff Salary:

Start of $18.50 per hour with actual offer based on experience and education

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for troubleshooting and providing support for Windows Operating System.
• Responsible for ghost imaging, configuration, and documentation.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and provide support of PCs, laptops, and printers.
• Troubleshoot and support wired and wireless network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment.
• Install, troubleshoot, and support telecommunication network.
• Install Microsoft Windows systems, Microsoft Office, and other commonly used applications.
• Oversee projects assigned to various staff and student workers.
• Document system problems and resolutions for future reference.
• Other duties as deemed necessary.

Required Education :

Associates in a computer related field

Required Experience :

One year experience in a computer related area

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Skilled at providing PC support with both Windows and MACs.
• Ability to implement software and establish network connections.
• Proficiency in the use of standard office equipment and networked personal computers.
• Proficiency in or ability to become proficient in a variety of software, including but not limited to Microsoft Office.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical computations needed to complete job tasks.
• Skilled at planning, organizing, and prioritizing job duties to meet deadlines.
• Maintaining interpersonal professional working relationship at all levels - students, peers, and Executives.

Required Licenses or Certifications :

Preferred Education :

CompTIA A+, Network, or other Industry-Based certifications

Preferred Experience :

Experience configuring VOIP and networking devices Three years' work experience in a computer-related area
