Job Description

Overview The IT Systems Analyst is responsible for the administration, support, and continuous improvement of business-critical systems while serving as the primary interface between central IT and the business unit. This role ensures alignment between IT initiatives and operational priorities, drives project coordination, and facilitates effective collaboration between business stakeholders and central IT teams. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for enterprise systems, including Drawing Management Systems, Document Management Systems, LIMS, and GEMS. Develop, enhance, and troubleshoot reports by integrating data from multiple systems to ensure accuracy and usability Serve as the primary liaison between central IT and business stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions and ensuring clear communication in both directions. Coordinate cross-functional IT projects, including planning, prioritization, and execution in collaboration with central IT teams and business users. Facilitate resource allocation by working with central IT teams to ensure availability of appropriate technical expertise and support based on business priorities. Collaborate with various parties to configure, test, and deploy system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations. Support system integrations with enterprise platforms, including ERP systems such as SAP. Ensure system performance, data integrity, and compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards. Perform root cause analysis of system issues and implement corrective and preventive actions. Develop and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and training materials to support business continuity and knowledge transfer. Provide end-user training and support, driving adoption of IT solutions across the organization. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to resolve issues and deliver system improvements. Participate in audits, validation efforts, and compliance-related activities as required. Qualifications - Required 5+ years of experience in IT systems support, applications support, systems analysis, or a related role. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred. Hands-on experience with enterprise systems such as document management, drawing management, LIMS, and manufacturing or engineering platforms. Strong experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred). Experience coordinating projects and working across distributed/global IT teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work across time zones and support global operations. Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and 5% internationally.
