Develop and maintain documentation, workflows, testing scripts, and training materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and adoption of new functionality. Provide technical leadership, mentor junior analysts, and contribute to departmental best practices. Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership. Participate in user training and support activities as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; equivalent education and experience may be considered. Epic certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification. Minimum 3 years of Epic application support, implementation, or build experience. Experience performing moderately complex Epic configurations, enhancements, and integrations. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
