Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience. 3 years of experience in solution developing and 1 year of experience in stakeholder management, professional services, or technical consulting. 2 years of experience in software design, software development (i.e. coding), and technical troubleshooting. Experience in generative AI solution delivery in any of the key vertical domains (e.g., Telecommunications, Finance, Healthcare, etc.).

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical fields. Experience with community involvement, volunteering, mentorship or other work that shows commitment to betterment of others. Experience in Conversational AI, telecommunications, networking, or contact centers. Experience in consulting, technical consulting in a customer-facing role, working with a variety of different types of customers, developers, and business. Knowledge of other AI frameworks, products, or solutions such as TensorFlow. Ability to lead and organize the design and implementation of AI-based custom developed cloud solutions. About the job As a Technical Solutions Consultant in the Applied AI, you will work with Google's most visible Applied AI customers to identify their objectives and to help them achieve them. The Conversational AI space is highly dynamic and changes rapidly. Responsibilities Apply data-driven management skills and be able to work in a rapidly changing environment. Collaborate cross-functionally with Google Cloud AI teams (e.g., product, developing, sales, professional services, learning, etc.). Discuss functional, technical, and basic commercial topics with customer stakeholders (e.g., developers, line managers) and empathize, shape, and influence them. Work closely with customer stakeholders as a trusted advisor and provides expert guidance on critical solution decisions. Solve complex customer use cases using generative AI technologies and frameworks. Use modern contemporary generative models, be able to code live on models and frameworks.
