The Technology Systems Enablement Lead supports the management, optimization, and adoption of core business systems and tools within the Technology department. This role partners with cross‑functional teams to ensure project and development management platforms such as Jira and Airtable are well‑configured, easy to use, and aligned to business needs. The role also focuses on improving visibility through dashboards and reporting, bringing data together from multiple sources, and supporting technology adoption through hands‑on training and enablement. This includes creating practical training materials, leading tool walkthroughs and onboarding sessions, and facilitating office hours, if needed. Candidates should be comfortable speaking to and facilitating sessions for small to medium‑sized groups, both virtually and in person. The position supports enablement for both existing platforms and emerging technologies, including AI tools such as Copilot or Claude, with an emphasis on real‑world use cases and best practices. This role is well‑suited for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of systems, data, and people, and who brings clear communication, approachability, and a strong interest in helping others adapt to new and emerging technology. This candidate must be adaptable to a rapidly changing technology landscape and comfortable adjusting priorities, tools, and approaches as platforms evolve. This role reports to the Director of Technology Operations. Systems Administration and Operations Administer and maintain Jira and Airtable, including user access, permissions, workflows, and configurations Support intake workflows, forms, dashboards, and reporting to meet business needs Perform routine audits, cleanup, and documentation to ensure systems remain reliable and scalable Troubleshoot issues, coordinate with vendors as needed, and track resolutions Dashboards, Reporting, and Data Visibility Design and maintain dashboards that provide clear visibility into operations, usage, and key metrics Bring data together from multiple systems into a single source of truth where possible Work with Technology leadership to define reporting needs and ensure dashboards are relevant, accurate, and actionable Continuously improve reporting and data structures to support decision-making Training and Technology Enablement Develop and deliver training materials such as guides, walkthroughs, dashboards, and live sessions Serve as a point of contact for onboarding new users to tools and platforms Support adoption of new technologies, including AI tools like Claude, by helping users understand practical use cases and best practices Proactively learn new and emerging tools and assess how they can support business needs Collaborate with stakeholders to roll out changes, enhancements, and new capabilities Communications and Stakeholder Engagement Support professional communications for the Technology department, including system updates, enablement announcements, training promotions, and process changes Draft clear, audience‑appropriate written communications for distribution across the organization Partner with Technology leadership to ensure messaging is accurate, consistent, and aligned to business priorities Help translate technical concepts, system changes, and emerging technology capabilities into clear, actionable information for non‑technical audiences Contribute to documentation, FAQs, and internal knowledge resources that improve transparency and understanding Required Qualifications A bachelor's degree 5+ years of relevant experience in systems administration, business operations, analytics, or technology operations Hands-on experience administering Jira and Airtable in a business environment, or comparable project / development tracking tools Experience creating dashboards or reports to support operational visibility Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences Comfort leading or facilitating training sessions and user enablement activities Familiarity with AI or generative AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, or similar platforms Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Please note that the base salary range indicated here is inclusive of all applicable US geographies listed in this requisition, with the exception of New York City. This salary range is based upon the position as described in the job listing. The offered compensation may vary within this range and is dependent upon the successful candidate's primary work location, experience, training, education, and credentials.
Base salary range:
$93,000 - $151,000 Base salary range forNew York City, NY:
