Job Description:
A global tech company based in Boston is looking to add a Senior Analyst - Workday to its team. This person will be a trusted Business Partner who will sit within the finance org, partnering cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, IT and HR. Ideal candidate loves a process-improvement focused role where they can lead and implement change across the global finance function.
Highlights :
Analyze, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday to ensure smooth operation. Develop financial reporting and dashboards for analytics, KPI's and financial data through Workday and EIB. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations. Provide end-user support, including training, troubleshooting, and resolving system issues. Conduct data audits to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Continuously evaluate system performance and recommend enhancements or optimizations to improve efficiency and user experience.
Qualifications :
2+ years of experience Experience in a dynamic, global organization a huge plus Excellent system skills including Advanced Excel, Workday & Adaptive Planning Excellent relationship-building skills, able to work cross-functionally within a complex organization Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills- always interested to understand a process and ask how it can be improved.
