Position Description:
We are seeking a Technical Program Management Analyst to support Ford's technical recognition and professional development initiatives. This role will focus on leading cross-functional technical programs, generating data-driven insights, and optimizing operational workflows across global engineering teams. You will work closely with leadership, technical specialists, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-impact programs aligned with Ford's Tech Strategy and Product Development organizations.
What You'll Do:
Lead end-to-end delivery of technical recognition and professional development programs aligned with Ford skill teams. Create and maintain dashboards (Power BI, QlikSense) to track KPIs, program milestones, and engagement health. Analyze program data to generate insights, drive continuous improvement, and inform leadership decision-making. Manage full project lifecycles including timelines, budgets, risks, and milestone tracking for technical programs. Facilitate stakeholder alignment across global teams, committees, and leadership to ensure successful execution. Design and optimize workflows using SharePoint, Power Automate, Microsoft Forms, and Power Apps. Oversee logistics and execution of large-scale technical summits and learning events. Maintain SharePoint sites and technical program databases for centralized communication and documentation. Develop automated workflows to streamline communications, registrations, and reporting. Partner with communications teams to execute global engagement strategies. Analyze post-program feedback and performance metrics to drive improvements. Create executive-level presentations highlighting program impact and strategic insights.

Web Design & Development Logistics Coordination Graphic Design Experience Required:
4+ years of experience in project management, program management, or business operations Strong communication skills with experience working across all organizational levels Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives independently Advanced experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Forms, Power Automate, and Power Apps Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or QlikSense Strong analytical mindset with attention to data accuracy, deadlines, and budgets
Experience Preferred:
Experience developing internal tools, platforms, or web-based solutions Experience supporting large-scale corporate events or technical programs Graphic design experience for executive presentations
Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree Education Preferred:
