Workforce Management Senior Consultant Location:
Dearborn, MI (Onsite - minimum 4 days/week)
Duration:
Full Time / Contract Please share the resume at Required Skills Strong experience with Workforce Management (WFM) tools such as: WFS Workforce Software UKG Pro / Kronos Google WFM Good understanding of Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Absence Management modules. Experience with cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) and BigQuery. Strong SQL and data analysis skills. Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP) and ETL processes. Preferred experience in automotive or large-scale manufacturing environments. Key Responsibilities Configure and support WFM applications and modules. Build and maintain data integrations and ETL pipelines. Implement workforce rules, labor laws, and union agreements within the system. Manage system security, user roles, upgrades, and platform stability. Create reports and dashboards to analyze labor costs, compliance, and operational performance. Support testing and deployment of system updates and enhancements.
