Junior IT Analyst

Best known for computer programs that extend and enrich the Windows experience, as well as for developing and publishing award-winning PC strategy games, Stardock is seeking a Junior IT Analyst to support our computer systems and network infrastructure. This is a salaried, full-time position at our Plymouth, Michigan office.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

Assist with day-to-day operations of the Plymouth, MI office. Support the provisioning and installation of new desktop computers. Help troubleshoot basic problems reported by users, escalating complex issues as needed. Provide input on future upgrades. Participate in a scheduled on-call rotation for handling server issues outside of working hours. Assist in maintaining network and system security. Document system configurations, changes, and procedures. Maintain an Asset Inventory system. Support the administration of Active Directory. Assist in managing servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, software deployment, security updates, and patches. Support LANs, VPNs, Internet, and intranet systems. Help manage a virtualized server infrastructure using VMWare.

Experience Desired:

1-2 years IT support experience Associate's Degree or equivalent experience preferred; Bachelor's Degree is a plus but not required. The salary for this position ranges from $45,000 to $50,000 annually, depending on your qualifications, experience, and expertise.
