No General Purpose of Job :
The Entry-Level Application Systems Analyst provides foundational support, including troubleshooting, minor configurations, and documenting application systems. This role focuses on developing technical and analytical skills in application management.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Education :
High school diploma and a minimum of 3 years of application analysis experience OR Associates degree computer science, IT or related field and a minimum of 1 year of application analysis experience OR Bachelors degree in computer science, IT or related field
Experience :
Required:
Must have exposure to IT support or customer service.
Preferred:
Ideal candidate will have experience in application management and troubleshooting. S kills &
Abilities :
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and documentation skills.
Essential Duties :
This job description is intended to cover the minimum essential duties assigned on a regular basis. Team members may be asked to perform additional duties as assigned by their leader. Leadership has the right to alter or modify the duties of the position. Assist in analyzing and resolving basic application issues, escalating complex problems as needed. Performs primary support of applications as experience progresses. Monitor applications for performance issues, escalating as needed. Collaborate with team members, included in vendor relationships. Document workflows, configurations, and issue resolutions according to standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication of application issues. Develop foundational skills in application management and problem-solving. Perform minor system configurations and support system upgrades. Apply Now Share Save Job
