Join our innovative team as a Sr. IT Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in enhancing endpoint security solutions while collaborating with a diverse group of professionals. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge security initiatives across various operating systems and cloud environments. Responsibilities Design and implement advanced endpoint security solutions for Windows and Linux systems. Administer and support security technologies, focusing on policy implementation and operational support. Lead projects to enhance security compliance and expand platform capabilities. Provide Level 3 support for deployed security solutions and participate in on-call rotations. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on security roadmap initiatives and emerging technologies. Support security capabilities across AWS and Azure cloud environments. Skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT or a related field. Minimum of three years of experience in supporting endpoint security solutions. Proficiency in security technologies for both Windows and Linux operating systems. Experience with enterprise endpoint protection platforms, such as CrowdStrike Falcon or Microsoft Defender. Preferred Skills Five years of experience in endpoint security support within various environments. Familiarity with cloud security capabilities in AWS and Azure. Experience in device provisioning, agent deployments, and lifecycle management. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
