Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this remote role, you will play a critical part in supporting ongoing operations and optimizing systems within a healthcare IT environment. Responsibilities Monitor and resolve outgoing lab interface errors and incoming results interface issues. Respond to team emails and manage help desk tickets assigned to the Beaker team. Assist with new lab test requests, collaborating with the ambulatory team as necessary. Work on optimization change requests and smaller initiatives focused on system maintenance. Coordinate with lab operations teams to ensure seamless interface functionality. Skills 2-3 years of experience in Epic Beaker build, specifically in Clinical Pathology and/or Anatomic Pathology. Strong background in healthcare IT and systems analysis. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and collaboration abilities within a team setting. Preferred Skills Experience in lab operations or related fields. Familiarity with monitoring interface work queues and resolving technical issues. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
