Full Job Description Overview:
The Senior Technical Analyst supports, analyzes, and improves business systems, technical processes, reporting solutions, and operational workflows across the organization. This role serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions aligned with organizational goals. The position also leads technical initiatives, manages business intake, develops functional documentation, and provides reporting and data insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
Technical Analysis and Solution Design Analyze business and technical requirements to identify and recommend effective system solutions. Translate business needs into functional specifications, workflows, and design documentation. Facilitate solution design discussions and support testing, implementation, and deployment activities. Project and Stakeholder Management Lead and support technical projects through planning, coordination, communication, and implementation. Manage the business intake process for technology requests, enhancements, reporting needs, and operational improvements. Collaborate with stakeholders to assess needs, prioritize initiatives, and align solutions with organizational objectives. Data, Reporting, and User Support Perform data analysis and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business operations and decision-making. Troubleshoot complex system and data issues, including integrations with applications, databases, and third-party platforms. Create process documentation, user guides, and training materials, and provide end-user training and support. Other Duties as
Assigned Qualifications:
Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum Experience 5+ years of experience in technical analysis, systems analysis, business systems support, or related IT roles. Experience leading technical projects, cross-functional initiatives, and business intake or requirements gathering processes. Experience developing functional design documentation and translating business requirements into technical solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development. Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, system integrations, and data management concepts. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
