BachelorsResponsibilities Fulfill critical hardware requests for facilities and big box stores nationwide, ensuring essential equipment is replaced with precision and speed. Execute end-to-end logistics for technology assets, including stocking, picking, tracking, and shipping hardware across multiple platforms such as Point of Sale, mobility, and security cameras. Manage detailed inventory tracking and reconciliation to maintain absolute data integrity within complex enterprise systems. Configure hardware by applying specific firmware and applications, ensuring technology is ready for immediate deployment. Orchestrate warranty processing for various technology platforms to optimize asset lifecycles and manufacturer support. Communicate directly with site contacts and business partners to resolve issues and provide high-level support to end-users. Leverage systematic reporting tools to provide leadership with clear insights into inventory status and fulfillment trends. Solve complex problems independently in a fast-paced environment that often presents ambiguous challenges.
