Work You'll Do As a Senior Consultant on the team, you will be responsible for: + Leading the design, solutioning, and configuration of Workday HCM modules + Driving end-to-end implementation activities including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment + Conducting and facilitating client meetings to guide decision-making and drive project milestones + Providing subject matter expertise on Workday HCM best practices, enhancements, and optimization opportunities + Mentoring junior team members and overseeing the quality of Workday deliverables + Serving as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders, building strong relationships based on credibility and technical acumen A successful candidate would possess these skills: + Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team + Effective written and verbal communication skills + Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product + Ability to build and sustain professional relationships + Ability to lead projects or workstreams + Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment + Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor + Ability to meet deadlines + Ability to provide clear guidance to others The Team Deloitte's Government & Public Services ( GPS ) practice - our people, ideas, technology and outcomes - is designed for impact.
