Must-Have Domains Enterprise Software Asset Management Software Licensing & Compliance ITSM / ServiceNow Process Integration Core Responsibilities Develop and implement the enterprise Software Asset Management strategy. Build and optimize processes to track, report, and manage software and hardware assets. Lead enterprise asset tracking methods, tools, and governance practices. Monitor software license terms, usage, and compliance gaps, remediating issues as needed. Report SAM performance, progress, and business impact to digital leadership. Must-Have Experience Experience leading Software Asset Management initiatives in an enterprise IT environment. Strong understanding of software licensing, compliance, asset lifecycle tracking, and cost optimization. Experience integrating SAM processes within an ITSM framework, preferably ServiceNow.
