Job Description

Senior Technical Product Analyst

  • W2 Rate
  • $75/hr 18 months
  • hybrid onsite
Qualifications:
Must have 3-5 years of experience in product ownership, technical analysis or product support on the technical side. Must have strong experience in corporate level communications between business and technical teams. Will be focused on managing communication channels and creating tailored messaging, this includes visually engaging materials
  • with a focus on translating information into clear, accessible content for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
(i.e. translation between teams, executive level messaging, stakeholder / visual presentation creation) Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to technical and non-technical audiences. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Communications, or a related field. Experience working with User and Customer Design leads, designers, and analysts Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence). Experience with stakeholder management, risk reporting, and executive-level communication. Corporate Communication & Stakeholder Engagement Serve as the primary communication bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders. Draft and deliver initiative health/risk reports, executive summaries, and program-wide updates. Maintain Confluence pages and documentation to ensure transparency and traceability. Manage stakeholder expectations by clearly communicating delivery timelines, scope changes, and risks.
