As a Technology Support Analyst, you will be an essential part of the Cybersecurity and IT support teams, supporting enterprise-wide data cleanup initiatives and user engagement efforts. Charlotte, NC What's the Job? Serve as the primary point of contact for end users impacted by data cleanup activities related to Enterprise Information Protection (EIP) systems. Conduct targeted outreach via email, Teams, and calls to guide users through remediation actions such as removing sensitive data or adjusting access permissions. Explain remediation requirements clearly and effectively to ensure user understanding and compliance. Track and document user responses, actions, and exceptions using ticketing or case management tools. Perform initial triage of issues, classify cases, and escalate complex cases to cybersecurity or advanced support teams as needed. What's Needed? 0-3 years of experience in Help Desk, IT support, or customer-facing technical roles. Basic understanding of Active Directory concepts, including users, groups, and permissions. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users. Experience working with ticketing systems or case management tools. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple user interactions effectively. What's in it for me?
