Now, we're looking for a passionate mid-level IT Project Analyst to help shape the next chapter of our legacy. In this dynamic role within our Information Technology department, you'll combine project leadership with hands-on technology expertise to deliver secure, reliable, and business-aligned solutions that support our continued growth and community impact. What You'll Do Lead internal IT projects from initiation through completion, including effective coordination with vendors. Serve as a trusted liaison between business departments, IT teams, and third-party partners to ensure projects deliver real business value. Manage timelines, testing, implementation, and clear documentation. Drive business process improvements and automation initiatives that enhance efficiency and the customer/employee experience. What You'll Bring (Required Qualifications) 3-5 years of progressive IT experience. Proven ability to lead IT projects and coordinate with vendors. Solid working knowledge of networking fundamentals . Strong communication and documentation skills — able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Hands-on experience in a Microsoft 365 environment. What Would Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience in banking or other regulated environments. Demonstrated use of Microsoft Planner for project management. Familiarity with Intune , security tools, or PowerShell . Experience with SharePoint Online intranet implementation.
