Pay starts at $31 and increases according to years of applicable experience. Job Summary Responsible for managing and facilitating the vendor management activities and contract lifecycles for Technology Solutions related products and/or services. Initiates, develops, and manages all work for Request For Information (RFI) and Request For Proposals (RFP) for Technology Solutions related products and/or services. Provides training on tools and workflows utilized within the vendor management activities and contract and RFI/RFP lifecycles to both users and business partners. Manages, facilitates, and provide mentoring with all work related to vendor management activities and the contract lifecycle for Technology Solutions related products and/or services with partnership of requestor/business partner, Technology Solutions leadership and Legal resources. Vendor management activities include, but are not limited, to the following: Provides strategic leadership or guidance on building vendor management activities and optimizing vendor relationships. Establish and maintain internal policies, standards, processes, and templates for leadership, product owners, and working with vendors. Leads vendor governance, oversight, and vendor performance strategy. Develop and maintain requirements for reporting, vendor scorecards, dashboards and other performance measurements that provide relevant data tailored to the audience. Manage and/or facilitate periodic business review meetings between the vendor and the product owner. Establish processes and controls and provides assistance with contract negotiations to ensure contract negotiations are accurately planned, implemented, and benefits are tracked in such a way to enhance value and minimize risk. Initiates, develops, and manages all work and documentation for Request For Information (RFI) and Request For Proposals (RFP) for identified Technology Solutions strategies, products and services, including managing vendor relationships during the selection process. Facilitates analytical activities with technology solutions and business partners for correct procedures and budget criteria. Reviews department purchase order requests for correct procedures and budget criteria. Partners to complete IT VAM contract procurement related tasks, as needed. Must adhere to federal and state laws and regulations pertaining to contracting and procurement of equipment, supplies and services. Work closely with the grants and legal teams for federal grant requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field required. Master's degree preferred.
