IT Domain Consultant (part of Tata group) 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars The IT Infrastructure & Cloud Consultant is responsible for driving revenue growth within the Healthcare Provider segment by identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities related to data center modernization, hybrid cloud, network transformation, Automaton, AI, and managed services. Develop and execute strategic account plans for hospitals and healthcare systems. This role partners with healthcare executives (CIO, CTO, VP Infrastructure), clinical IT leaders, and procurement teams to deliver compliant, resilient, and scalable infrastructure solutions that support patient care and operational efficiency. Additional responsibilities include consulting accounts delivering end-to-end IT Infrastructure accounts within Healthcare business , building strong customer relationships, bringing in industry best practices, relevant Transformation and Innovation with focus on Automation & AI to drive productivity benefits across the board.

Qualifications:

13+ years' experience in IT Infrastructure Services with minimum 5+ years in business growth Extensive experience working with Healthcare Providers ( Hospital Systems, Oncology Networks, Multi-Specialties, etc.) Working experience in IT Infrastructure & Cloud Services in Key infrastructure towers like Data Center, Network Data/Voice, End User computing, Service Desk, Public Cloud, AI and IT Service management Knowledge and understanding of the integration of information systems as it relates to the healthcare field Good understanding of IT infrastructure tools and technologies Ability to work to tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills Experience with IT services performance metrics and benchmarking for Healthcare Must possess knowledge of security and control frameworks, such as HITRUST, HIPAA, etc. Requires a high degree of initiative, dependability, and ability to work with little supervision

Responsibilities:

Participate in Healthcare provider RFP responses for infrastructure and cloud services Collaborate with: Solution architects Clinical IT SMEs Cybersecurity teams Develop value propositions tied to: Patient safety Uptime guarantees Regulatory compliance Cost optimization Build strong Customer Relationship Drive exponential growth within existing accounts Develop strategies and plans for proactive business opportunities and revenue generation Identifying TCS business strengths and mapping with customer needs Connect with TCS COE's & partner ecosystem to bring value from larger TCS Work with TCS Sales & Solutions team on new RFI's & RFP's Research on initiatives and strategies within the same industry to stay relevant Articulate Industry specific problem statements and help create offerings to drive transformation & innovation

Salary Range:
