As our firm continues to expand, we are seeking an Office Technology & Innovation Manager to oversee technology, AI initiatives, automation, systems integration, workflow development, and office operational efficiency. This is a leadership position for someone who enjoys solving problems, implementing new technology, improving processes, and helping an organization operate at a higher level. Position Summary The Office Technology & Innovation Manager will be responsible for evaluating, implementing, and managing technology solutions across the organization. This individual will work closely with advisors, administrative staff, marketing, compliance, and management to improve productivity, streamline operations, and support the firm's growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technologically savvy, comfortable with AI tools, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. ResponsibilitiesTechnology Management Manage and optimize office technology systems and software platforms. Serve as the primary internal resource for technology implementation and troubleshooting. Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and software providers. Maintain technology inventory and equipment. Assist with hardware setup, software deployment, and user onboarding. AI & Automation Research, test, and implement AI tools to improve business operations. Develop automated workflows to reduce manual tasks. Improve appointment scheduling, lead management, client communication, and internal processes through automation. Evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations to leadership. Create efficiencies using AI-driven solutions across departments. CRM & Systems Administration Assist with Salesforce administration and workflow management. Improve data integrity and reporting processes. Manage integrations between Salesforce, scheduling software, email systems, marketing platforms, and other business applications. Develop dashboards and reporting tools for management. Process Improvement Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for improvement. Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key business processes. Document systems and workflows to improve consistency and scalability. Lead technology-related projects from planning through implementation. Training & Support Train employees on software, AI tools, and office systems. Create training materials and user guides. Provide ongoing support to team members. Help establish best practices for technology utilization. Cybersecurity & Compliance Assist in maintaining technology security protocols. Monitor software updates and security requirements. Work alongside compliance personnel to ensure systems meet industry standards. Maintain access controls and user permissions. QualificationsRequired 3+ years of experience in technology management, operations, project management, business systems, or related roles. Strong understanding of business software and technology platforms. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated and solution-oriented mindset. Preferred Experience with Salesforce CRM. Experience with Zapier, Make, APIs, or workflow automation tools. Experience implementing AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar technologies. Experience with Microsoft 365 administration. Experience in financial services, professional services, or highly regulated industries. Knowledge of process mapping and operational improvement methodologies. Compensation & Incentives Base Salary:
