We re seeking a Senior AI Technical Consultant to help US enterprise clients design and deliver AI & Generative AI solutions that drive measurable customer experience (CX) outcomes. This is a highly customer-facing role combining technical leadership, solution architecture, and executive engagement.
Responsibilities:
Lead client discovery, design workshops, and executive discussions Architect and guide delivery of GenAI solutions (RAG, agentic AI, conversational AI, workflow automation) Translate business problems into AI use cases with clear ROI and CX metrics Ensure enterprise standards for security, governance, and compliance Support pre-sales, demos, and
PoCs Qualifications:
8+ years in consulting or solution architecture 4-6+ years with AI/GenAI Strong US client-facing experience Cloud (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform), APIs, data platforms Required Skills
