Our company delivers value-added logistics solutions on a global scale through customized approaches that meet our clients' evolving needs. As we continue to expand our digital capabilities and safeguard our systems, we are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced system specialist to join our IT team. The IT Systems Analyst will support and maintain Warehouse Management System (WMS), Transportation Management System (TMS), and related logistics systems (including Last Mile Delivery (LMD) system across warehouse and distribution operations. This role is responsible for system operation support, issue analysis, user communication, and coordination with external vendors to ensure stable system performance and business continuity. Roles & Responsibilities 1. System Operation & Support Monitor and support WMS, TMS, and logistics operation systems Analyze user requests and provide initial responses Analyze system errors and identify root causes Respond to critical failures and collaborate with vendors 2. Incident & Change Management Manage system failure tickets and track resolution status Support testing and validation activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new logic/features. Conduct impact analysis and communicate with users during system changes 3. Business Process Support Understand warehouse operation processes (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory Control, etc.) Support TMS-related dispatch/transportation processes Compile and document requests for process improvements 4. Documentation Create and update system manuals Prepare incident reports and system improvement documentation Manage documentation for standardized operational processes Requirements & Qualifications Fluency in Korean and English (written and verbal) preferred Bachelor's degree or higher (IT, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Logistics-related majors preferred) 2-5 years of experience operating WMS or TMS or other logistics systems Understanding of logistics/warehouse operations systems User communication skills Experience analyzing system data using SQL is a plus Strong sense of ownership and accountability •This position is not eligible for employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future.
