Position:

NYSDOH needs temporary contractual services to support the vendor hosted data system for the New York Early Intervention Program (EIP). This application is used to address the Early Intervention Program's (EIP's) functions of child referral and intake, case management, developmental evaluations, service planning, service delivery, service providers' claiming, provider application and approval, reporting, auditing, and compliance with federal and State requirements. The individual in this position will primarily be responsible for overseeing the testing of the Program's data system. The testing effort will require analysis of business requirements. Selected Candidate:

This position will work closely with the third-party vendor, program staff, and business analyst to develop and execute test plans for application upgrades, application software releases, and interface changes. Work with the NYSDOH third-party vendor to develop new/update existing and maintain all documents related to NYS data systems and support User Acceptance Testing. Work closely with the Software Manager and Business Analyst on active/pending projects, primarily the system updates, including software releases. Test data scripts and assist the program area with performing User Acceptance Testing of the vendor supplied solution.
