Job Description

Are you ready to join a growing team? CTG is looking for an Infrastructure Analyst I to support enterprise infrastructure operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain hardware, software, and operating systems in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented technical professional with strong customer service skills and foundational infrastructure support experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to and resolve help desk escalations and technical incidents. Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and issue isolation for infrastructure-related problems. Complete system maintenance activities including patching, health checks, and operating system updates. Support onsite technical operations and end-user environments. Execute work orders and service requests following established SOPs. Monitor systems and escalate unresolved issues to senior technical staff. Assist with operational compliance, audit standards, and risk management initiatives. Participate in assigned projects and scheduled after-hours responsibilities. Provide status updates and maintain accurate technical documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of higher education and/or related technical experience. Strong troubleshooting and onsite support experience. Ability to analyze technical issues and identify root causes. Experience reading and interpreting technical documentation. Strong customer service and communication skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to management and end users.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's degree in a technology-related field. Certifications or specialized infrastructure training. Experience with trend analysis and operational reporting. Familiarity with enterprise infrastructure support environments. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
