Akron, OH 44320 or Wallingford, CT 06492 Contract length: 12-month
Contract Pay:
$42/hr - $47.52/hr Full-Time and Part-Time positions available Solution Consultant Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from an accredited program and minimum 3 years of relevant experience is Required Excellent project and portfolio management system skills Experience working with utilities, infrastructure organizations, or large capital project environments, ideally within a regulated utility setting Proven ability to lead client-facing discovery sessions, influence stakeholders, and manage organizational change Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in both independent and team-based environments Strong communication skills with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences Solution Consultant Description Partner with client stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, translating those needs into scalable reporting solutions that align with program objectives and enhance decision-making Work with the team to set up quality metrics for system data, ensuring data completeness and accuracy Assist with data extraction, transformation, and migration activities, ensuring data integrity and consistency across systems Develop and maintain data models and reporting frameworks that enable efficient, repeatable, and accurate reporting across multiple projects and portfolios Participate in and contribute to client-facing engagements, including solution demonstrations, status updates, working sessions, and feedback discussions, ensuring clear communication of progress, risks, and next steps Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhanced reporting capabilities to drive efficiency and deliver greater value to the client Other duties as assigned
