ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to, the following: Serve as senior technical expert and guide our clients to successfully learn, adopt, and use Salesforce through best delivery methodology practices (Agile, scrum, SAFe, etc.) Consults with clients to define requirements and recommend enterprise solutions. Generate, identify and qualify methods of incorporating technology with the standard industry practices. Study technical trends and how to effect these acquired information with the purpose of upgrading the systems. Serve as an advisor on industry alternatives, options, perils, and provide data on the advantages against the disadvantages of the same on the business processes and procedures. Provides support for ongoing and recurring IT security and financial audits of system. Consults with program/project management to develop appropriate technical solutions. Advise on options, risks, costs vs. benefits, impact on other business processes and system priorities. Required/Desired Skills Skill Required/Desired Amount of Experience Experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) Required 3.0 Years experience with SharePoint Required 2.0 Years experience with Okta Required 2.0 Years experience with Salesforce Required 2.0 Years experience with Dynamic CRM 365 Required 2.0 Years
