Job Description ePremium is seeking a highly motivated IT System Support & Database Analyst with strong system support, operational triage, and SQL/database capabilities. This role supports day-to-day IT operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, partnering closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure system reliability, data integrity, and effective support delivery. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative, with experience balancing "keep-the-lights-on" operational support alongside documentation and continuous process improvement. QualificationsWhat You'll Do (Functions & Responsibilities) The IT System Support & Database Analyst will support core IT systems and data operations, with responsibilities including: System & Operational Support Triage incoming system and data issues, documenting findings, actions taken, and recommended resolutions. Evaluate and prioritize issues to support effective incident management and operational stability. Provide ongoing keep-the-lights-on system and database support, managing recurring operational tasks alongside ad hoc requests. Monitor support queues and intake forms, ensuring issues and requests are routed and tracked appropriately. Manage and update Jira tickets, including task assignment, status tracking, and documentation. Database & Data Support Write, review, and optimize SQL queries to investigate issues, support business operations, and respond to data requests. Analyze and manipulate data using Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and lookups, often in conjunction with SQL query results. Collaboration, Releases & Process Improvement Assist with implementation, testing, and validation of system releases. Adapt to shifting priorities and take ownership of new challenges in a support-driven environment. Partner with stakeholders to standardize, streamline, and improve business and system processes. Documentation & Training Create and maintain technical, process, and operational documentation for systems and recurring support activities. Maintain internal guides and reference documentation. What We're Looking For (Minimum qualifications) Minimum of 3 years' experience in IT system support and/or database support. Strong experience in IT system support and operational issue triage. Proficiency with SQL and relational databases. Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis. Experience managing and documenting work in Jira (preferred). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to adapt to frequently changing systems, priorities, and support needs. Professional demeanor with a customer-focused approach to support.
