Technical Analyst - ARG Assembly Dept

Duties:

Production planning and scheduling, organizing, and arranging factory production. Handling various issues during the production process and organizing personnel to analyze and resolve problems. Conducting in-process completion activities of this department, collecting and compiling the good product condition for all positions, scheduling regular compliance checks, and continuously updating the good product conditions. Maintaining quality documents, quality records, as well as the management and supervision of workshop equipment and tooling. Supervising and inspecting preparatory work, labor discipline, work quality, production safety, and whether employees are operating according to the three work procedures. Coordinating work in the workshop, collecting and analyzing data with the statistics department, identifying and addressing issues, conducting monthly meetings, and proposing solutions to enhance system reliability and efficiency. Keeping up with emerging technologies and industry trends in manufacturing and recommending innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement. Conducting process analysis and reorganization, analyzing the relationship between production data issues and solutions and the business environment. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions aimed at improving technical workflows, reducing costs, and increasing productivity.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analysis or closely related field Must be 18 years of age or older.
