The individual must be able to work autonomously while concurrently building technical and best practice process linkages to ensure TCH maintains leadership in Patient Safety, Quality, and Cost Effectiveness. System Analysis, Development, Build, and Implementation for Epic Ambulatory. Provide End-User Support for Registration, Billing, and Practice Management Adoption. Develop, Support, and Maintain Documentation, Policy and Procedures. System Testing and Acceptance Project Management Development and implementation of Revenue Cycle Best Practices.

EDUCATION

Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business or a healthcare related degree and associated experience. And or an associates degree with more commensurate job related experience.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

5 and/or 7.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS:

Epic application certification and experience preferred 5 years Application Systems Analyst experience or relevant ambulatory Revenue Cycle background (Charge Capture, Billing, Collections, IT staff, etc.) Ability to deal with a number of tasks simultaneously Strong attention to detail Communicate efficiently with technical team as well as managers and end users

• both written and verbal Skilled at problem solving Demonstrated ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems Possesses an understanding and high-aptitude for computer system capabilities to address process requirements Strong communication skills
• written and verbal Demonstrated ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems Possesses an understanding of computer system capabilities to address process requirements Bachelors degree in information systems, nursing, or related discipline Strong presentation skills with experience in presenting directly to management and clinicians.
