Tulsa, OK Archon Resources is currently seeking a Manual Software Test Analyst for a client in Tulsa, OK. This position will support enterprise operational systems through software testing, business analysis, troubleshooting, documentation, and end-user support activities. The ideal candidate will have experience working with enterprise applications, performing functional testing, supporting business users, and utilizing SQL for reporting and data analysis. Responsibilities Perform software testing activities including test planning, test case creation, execution, defect tracking, and validation of system functionality. Support efforts to define, document, and maintain business processes, system specifications, functional requirements, and functional designs. Work closely with business users and development teams to gain a strong understanding of supported business operations and workflows. Design testing procedures to measure process efficiency, system integrity, and functionality. Execute moderate to complex software test cases and assist with overall testing strategy and coordination. Identify, troubleshoot, document, and track system issues through resolution. Support enhancements and procedural changes for enterprise applications. Create and maintain SQL queries, reports, and data analysis tools for stakeholders and end users. Participate in project teams to support business analysis and system improvement initiatives. Develop and maintain operational procedures, system documentation, reports, and related materials. Provide guidance, training, and support to users and stakeholders as needed. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. Required Qualifications Experience supporting enterprise applications and business systems. Experience with software testing, QA processes, or system validation activities. Experience creating and executing test cases and tracking defects/issues. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Experience writing SQL queries for reporting, validation, and data analysis. Ability to analyze system functionality and evaluate software-related issues. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to document business processes, procedures, and system functionality. Experience interacting with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams. Ability to develop and present information to individuals and groups. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English. Preferred Qualifications Experience with IBM Maximo. Experience with Pragma CAD or similar operational/CAD systems. Exposure to DevOps environments or deployment processes. Experience within utility, energy, manufacturing, or industrial environments. Valid driver's license preferred. Additional Information Position may require movement throughout office and operational facilities. Ability to communicate information effectively in both individual and group settings. Visual and mobility abilities sufficient to perform job responsibilities.
