Job Description

WMS Functional/Technical Consultant Production Support Location:
Memphis, TN / Bethlehem, PA (Onsite)
Experience:
8+ Years Only On W2 Please share the resume at
Required Skills:
6+ years of experience in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems). Minimum 1 year of hands-on Production Support experience. Strong understanding of warehouse operations (Receiving, Inventory, Picking, Packing, Shipping). Experience with WMS platforms such as Manhattan, Blue Yonder/JDA, SAP EWM, or Oracle WMS. Ability to troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis. Experience with SQL, interfaces, and system monitoring. Strong communication and support skills.
Responsibilities:
Provide production support for WMS applications. Resolve incidents and system issues in a timely manner. Work with business and warehouse teams to support daily operations. Monitor interfaces and ensure smooth system performance. Support testing, configurations, and enhancements.
