We provide managed IT services, cybersecurity consulting, Apple and Windows support, cloud solutions, project management, and strategic technology guidance to organizations that depend on technology to operate successfully. We are seeking a Technology Consultant who can do more than fix computers. This position is ideal for a professional who enjoys working directly with business owners, managers, and end users while solving complex technology challenges. WHAT MAKES THIS POSITION DIFFERENT

Every consultant tracks their own time, documents their work, manages billable activities, contributes to invoicing, and provides recommendations that create measurable value for our clients. RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide onsite and remote support for small and mid-sized business clients. Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Apple macOS, iPhones, iPads, networking equipment, servers, cloud services, and business applications. Perform troubleshooting, repairs, upgrades, migrations, and technology deployments. Assist with cybersecurity initiatives including endpoint security, backup management, MFA, compliance requirements, training / testing, and security best practices. Manage and document service tickets thoroughly and professionally. Accurately track billable and non-billable consulting time. Prepare client-facing documentation and recommendations. Participate in project planning and implementation. Maintain professional relationships with clients and act as a trusted technology advisor.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Strong experience supporting Windows and Microsoft 365 environments. Working knowledge of Apple macOS and Apple devices. Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and cloud services. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to professionally interact with executives, managers, and end users. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience. Cybersecurity experience. Microsoft 365 administration. Business networking and firewall management. Server administration. Virtualization technologies. Backup and disaster recovery platforms. Apple business environments. Project management experience.
