POSITION SUMMARY
Credico USA is seeking an AI Enablement & Success Specialist to drive the internal adoption, training, and strategic utilization of the Claude AI ecosystem across our organization. This is a highly collaborative, personnel-facing role focused on operational efficiency. Rather than working as a back-end developer, the successful candidate will operate as an internal consultant and instructor. The primary objective of this position is to partner directly with employees to identify process bottlenecks and implement tailored administrative solutions, ultimately targeting a 10% to 20% increase in departmental productivity through the effective application of daily digital tools. The successful candidate will be outgoing and passionate about working directly with people and supporting their learning and work. You will spend at least 50% of your time training, coaching, and helping people in person or virtually. This position follows a hybrid schedule, with Tuesday through Thursday in our Chicago, IL office and Mondays and Fridays remote.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct Training & Instruction:
Conduct personalized, one-on-one instructional sessions with employees to teach best practices for utilizing the platform's chat, collaborative, and analytical features based on their specific job functions.
Workflow & Spreadsheet Optimization:
Partner with staff to maximize the platform's capabilities for complex data analysis, advanced Excel formulas, and the modernization of spreadsheet-heavy processes.
User Independence & Customization:
Work side-by-side with experienced users to design customized operating procedures and templates, allowing employees to independently automate routine, repetitive portions of their workloads.
Advanced Project Development:
Collaborate with teams on complex operational challenges to design, test, and deploy multi-step digital workflows and automated functional routines.
Technical Quality Control:
Serve as the technical evaluator for platform outputs. Review generated scripts, logic pathways, or simple code blocks to ensure accuracy, safety, and operational viability before implementation.
Strategic Planning Support:
Analyze internal adoption rates, user feedback, and systemic operational friction to provide data-driven insights to the IT Manager, contributing directly to Credico USA's long-term technology strategies.
Proactive Engagement:
Maintain high visibility across departments by consistently reaching out to personnel, reviewing their daily operational hurdles, and demonstrating practical methods to solve immediate business problems.
CORE COMPETENCIES
Instructional Design & Interpersonal Skills:
Proven capability to teach technical concepts to non-technical personnel with patience, clarity, and strong professional diplomacy.
Technical Literacy & Systems Logic:
While a current software engineering background is not required, candidates must possess a strong foundational understanding of programming logic, database structures, or data analysis. This background must be sufficient to review, troubleshoot, and validate the structural soundness of workflows or code blocks generated by the software.
Platform Competency:
Advance proficiency in Claude CoWork and other Anthropic tools. Deep understanding and experience in navigating modern digital platforms, user interface customization, and programmatic instruction generation.
Corporate Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to convert complex technical frameworks into straightforward corporate training.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of professional experience involving technical, communications, and analytical skills. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with an ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Familiarity with AI Development workflows, including practical experience building with Claude and leveraging Claude Skills for task automation or application development.
