What we need… COCC is seeking an experienced Application Analyst who enjoys working at the intersection of business needs and technical solutions. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, detail oriented, and comfortable supporting applications across their full lifecycle while partnering closely with both business users and technical teams. As a resource for internal business applications, our Web Programming team builds tools and automations for COCC teams that support the efficiencies of our products. This person will lead projects and mentor other team members in a collaborative environment. This is a hybrid position in Southington, CT Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not currently or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States.
